We are at our best when creating retail environments that require a high level of detail or a large open footprint. How many years have you been in business?
Heartland Retail Construction was formed in 2004.
In what states do you work?
We work in all states, except Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
Who are your clients?
Our list of clients is lengthy and varied. We value our relationships and view each project we build as a privilege. For these reasons, we’ve chosen not to broadcast the names of our clients here. Can you describe your company structure?
Our structure can best be described as very flat. Two of our principles serve in the role of General Field Superintendents, moving critical decisions closer to the project site. Our third principle serves in the role of President and supports the Project Managers and administrative staff. In other words, from bid to turnover, each project is only one point of contact away from a company principle.
