Heartland Retail Construction was formed January 1, 2004.

We are licensed in 33 states, including AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY.

Who are some of your clients?

We choose not to publish a list of clients out of respect for the relationships we have with them. We're more than happy to talk privately with you about our experiences with top retailers as they relate to your specific needs.

Are you bonded?

We carry an aggregate bonding capacity of over $5M.

What type of environments do you work in?

The typical projects we complete for our clients are located in malls, lifestyle centers, retail centers, and shopping centers nationwide.

Do you build ground-up projects?

Our portfolio of clients has not required ground-up capabilities to date, however our staff of construction professionals does have the knowledge and experience necessary to deliver such a project when called upon.

Do you have a safety program?

Safety has been a top priority for us from the very beginning. We have a very strong safety program, including having an OSHA 500 certified instructor overseeing our field operations.
